And yes, the title is a direct reference to the old tagline for Quaker Oats products. In this case, the two nitwits (B'onss, at left, and his cocoanut-loving twin brother K'nutt at right) discover that their mechanical washing machine (seen in the background) makes a dandy artillery piece.
