commissioned by someone at furry fiesta, who has yet to contact me with his mailing info ^^; and he didn't leave me a way to find him (like an email address, or account username) sooooo I'm going to have to trust that he will either email me, or will be at next year's furry fiesta........

either way, it was a fun commission to do..... he wanted me to pony-fy the 4th and 5th doctors (I know it's been done before by better artists...... but I guess I'm just cheaper XDD)

please PLEASE don't assume I'm a whovian ^^; I like the concept of the show, and I MAY start watching it eventually, but ON MY OWN TIME........ for right now, I'm just going by what refs I can find, and drawing what I'm commissioned to draw

and if you saw this guy, please tell him I'm looking for him....... he was an older gentleman, dressed in a slight steampunk style (dark colors) he had medium-long gray hair, but the most recognizable thing I can remember, was that he carried a staff, with the plush head of a green dragon on it.....
