Morrigan's popularity comes from her crossover appearances in the aforementioned MVC games among many other crossovers, and her design. People just love her overall look, especially cosplayers. I find it amazing how the Darkstalkers games are so obscure yet the three main ladies ( Morrigan,Felicia, Hsein-Ko ) managed to become quite popular. So what reasons you thought of? Boobs? lol.
