Thank ya! They are Monokuma on the left and Monomi on the right. They're from Dangan Ronpa and Super Dangan Ronpa 2 c: Games on the PSvita (The original Japanese versions were on the PSP). They're visual novel puzzle solving games. Monkuma is the "bad guy" who is causing chaos. Monomi is. Monomi. They don't get along.
