You guys seem to love my comments, some of you, a few of you at least! Well Satsukii Made the error of admitting to me that they LIVE off of my comments. Well I coudln't allow such leech-like behavior continue off the back of my hard working wonderfully crafted comments and replies.
So I Immediately Eye-licked into action and put down the law of the land upon this would be bloodsucker who has been prolonging their existance off of my comments as if it were some "Welfare" that they deserved without compensation!
And thus I am enacting a Commenting Tax. Some of you may be grandfathered in but the rest of you will be charged an annual Commenting Tax for all Comments recieved by me to your person.
Payments for the Commenting Tax will only be accepted in the form of "1 Art". Failure to provide your yearly fee of "1 Art" will have consequences at this time yet to be fully determined.

*Ahems* I will need to see all your receipts for the payments of these taxes as well as a detailled description of the application of this tax in accordance with the "Financial Administration Act" Sections 32 (Account Verification) Sect 34 (Payment Authority) and Sect 33 (Account Examination) to ascertain if these taxes are being applied in the approved methodology. I could try to pay in art. I lack liquid assets to freely spend online, and as such, paying in art would actually be easier for me to do.
