Spending One Night with Bonnie
It was only his first day working for the pizzeria. Keare here is being taken back into his office with Bonnie. Most likely to get stuffed into his suit. The vorish way, of course.

Not necessarily. If there's one thing I know about Scott Cawthon, it's that he loves having two stories: The official story that you are given upfront, and the real story that you can only piece together by looking around for details.
That said, whatever they do definitely involves killing the player and stuffing them into a suit. But if I had to guess, I'd say the motivation for such is to create more soul-possessed animatronics. Ergo, if Keare is going to get stuffed into a suit that's already possessed, there's a chance of this not being as fatal as it would be otherwise.

It's an assumption I made based on-
A) The fact that the minigames allegedly showing what happened in FNAF2 can only be viewed when you die.
B) The Game Over screen that has you looking through the mask at a grinning Freddy looking right at you.
Only interpretation I could come to is that the characters show you what happened, then you wake up in possession of a new suit and Freddy is all like "So do you understand why we did this? Good. Because tomorrow, we've got work to do."
It's also the only motivation I could think of as to why Golden Freddy (which FNAF3 indicates is one of the original victims at Fredbear's Family Diner) would have lured away all of the victims of the Missing Children Incident that took place during Five Nights At Freddy's 2: To acquire souls for the Toy versions.
Short answer, of course, is that Scott just threw this shit together as he went. But I still think it's fun trying to take all of this half-assed shit and form something more coherent and uniform out of it.

But..fnaf 3. I can't really say that an animatronic can smile when it has no lips to move, only a jaw. And 3 has minigames you can play at any time.
as for the toy versions being hostile, my theory is because they were using parts of the original four animatronics, who have been possesed by then, the new four became possessed as well by the same four kids till the parts were then back to the original four after 2.
