I'm luvin' those wings. ;) Simplistic, yet detailed. And I really like the serpent/dragon heads (of course), and the Empress' purple hands (which for some reason are reminding me of Mewtwo. o.O ), and how her torso changes colour until it reaches her serpent body. :)
But those wings. Man, I love them. :) I don't do feathered wings often.
