The second rule too! ... Though that might say that we DO talk about him... Hm... Someone should really rewrite these rules sometime...
Tough, but definitely lucrative! Percival probably shells out a great deal of money on various sets of armor... It's probably near impossible for him to find things that fit him unless they're made specially for him! (Plus he's so vain, he only wants the best for himself anyway) I like the think that the most basic armor is designed to be super modular, specifically so it can be produced in great quantities more cheaply to fit a wide variety of people. I'm not quite sure how I'm going to draw this yet, but it's something to ponder!
