This is a homemade chicken and noodle soup, consisting of chicken broth, roasted chicken breast separated by hand and dried noodles. It also has celery and carrots finely chopped and added to it. It has been simmering on the stove for roughly an hour and a half. The chicken itself is roasted in the oven at 400 degrees for about 35 minutes with the breast facing upwards and then another 15 minutes on the bone side.
Cooking the noodles in the broth will allow the noodle to get to the point where they break down as eaten.
