As some of you may know the Overlord universe has been subject to getting a lot of characters I've had over the years recycled and repurposed for the story. The Torn Brothers (or at least most of them) Have been given similar treatment.

One such Brother in the original story was a chubby thing who wore sweaters and enjoyed nothing more than being his eldest brother's housemaid. As Gen and I worked out where Harvey would fit given these origins she thought he'd be better suited as a transvestite nightclub owner.

Like all of the Torn family, Harvey is descended from Fire elementals. (the word often used for elementals are "demons" Though they're more of a species and less of a damned race.) He has an innate ability to control fire to some degree and like all demons has sharp fangs regardless of their outward species.

He specializes in protecting mistreated demons and other undesired races and outcasts and his club doubles as a safe haven. Saying that he also delights in punishing people who've done terrible things to others. He will usually trick them into getting loans or favors from him and then having them pay a nasty cost when the bill comes due.

Often regarded as the "Weird" brother his dealings in the criminal underworld make him far more acceptable to his family than his Eldest brother Hartley though he reserves all of his sordid punishments for people who've more than deserved to end up in his collection of fur coats.
