I thought of the name 'Metrios' (μέτριος), which I figured was a Greek word -- turns out it means 'moderate', or 'mediocre' or other 'middle of the road' meanings in Greek.
'Syntagma' (Σύνταγμα) came to mind (dredged out of my childhood knowledge of Athens), which means 'constitution' (in the sense of the US Constitution, not having fortitude).
Sthenos (σθένος) means 'fortitude' -- it may fit a character with draconic background.
