Consider it bad when you lack enough sleep in your routine. Consider it good if you like waking up at 2:00 A.M. because your head was in a quirky position, or if you like sniffles.
People be like, "Oh, you get 8 hours; you have nothing to complain about," and yet I am always feeling tired. I reckon it's not quality sleep.

I agree! Always tired even though I get that much sleep and then some. I think it might be because I'm such a light sleeper, that I kinda know what's going on around me while I sleep :P
