This is one of some power-ups Brian will receive in Super Mario Bros. Z: resRXion. Inspired by Ice Mario, Brian achieves this form after absorbing an ice flower. His fur changes a tint of blue related to ice, his collar changes from red to blue. He is seen wielding an ice ball.
Brian traced, colored and modified with Inkscape from FG1105 - "Yug Ylimaf" and promotional artwork, with the left arm recolored from Fire Vinny.
