This is my first attempt at making a suit-head, been quite the learning experience, and Im in deep need of some help!
Firstly, I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction for a better-looking mesh for the eyes (Located upper-right) than I currently have (The square-holes are waaaay to huge and obvious, but great vision nonetheless!). Specific names for suppliers/materials would be great!
As for materials, I have 2 colors of anti-pill fleece for the main colors, and yellow acrylic vinyl for some ridges on the nose (Bottom left of picture) and wonder if anyone has had bad/good experiences with vinyl materials before I purchase other colors to wrap around the horns and jaw-spikes.
Also, I had planned on installing this small PC-fan (bottom right) into the front of the muzzle for ventilation, but quickly realized I had no idea what kind of components I need for the proper electrical-circuitry x-x; Any information at this point would be helpful, but if not I might have to order a pre-made kit from a suit-maker site...
FINALLY, I had initially planned on hand-wefting some fake hair to glue onto the top of the head, but really need to talk to someone about the exact process... I'd rather not screw up all my hard work with one rookie mistake ^^;
Long post I know, I don't expect to get all the answers I need, but anything helps!! ^.=.^
Thanks in advance

You don't have to go with metal, but metal is the superior material for this application. You want a mesh that is easy to see out of; therefore the strands need to be thin to not obstruct your view. You can use cloth but its not as robust and harder to work with.
what do you need info on the fan circuit?
You have a fan, you need a power source for that fan. A switch and/or potentiometer makes it easier.

Pair of comp fans I grafted on to a pair of ballistics goggles.

Duuuude, use da google! Fo realz~ lol
Anyways, I don't know much about the eyes, give me like an hours and I'm sure I could find some really helpful shit but, until then.... HORN HELP!
I really hate plush horns on fur suites, they look really tacky and add extra weight that just doesn't need to be there. Take a look at this, the results are pretty nice and they are light weight and could double as extra ventilation vents if use made/used properly. I've use the technique for my own horns and they came out really great.

I tried googlz! I swear!!
Over-abundance of results really, couldn't wade through all the BS and find the actual gems :P
But yeah, I appreciate the tips on horns, but I wanted my horns to be able to take a beating without breaking, otherwise I would have made them solid to begin with ^^;
