Here's an actual view of the lion from my "In The Sky" shot. She was sitting in a really awkward place from the viewing window, so I had to get creative to get any shots of her at all. The info below is the same info as "In The Sky".

This is also alleged to be a Barbary lion. If you know anything about them, you know that they are considered extinct in their natural habitat in West Africa. They are also believed to be extinct in the zoological setting, though some individuals can be traced to a Barbary lion ancestor and share characteristics with wild Barbary lions because of hybridization with sub-Saharan lions.
