And heres part 2. Like I said he was incredibly docile so I could get really close before he flew away. Love that head on them, its just so...alien looking, I guess. I have one thats even closer, but it was at the point where the camera was starting to lose focus. So I decided to use this one. Isn't he just a neat looking thing?

Dragonflys have a certain appeal to them, very cool in the insect kingdom. *dances* most likly he found a spot he chose to prepare for mating or egg laying, how dare you desterb oviposition of insect forms! *chuckles* but it's all good. even seen a sexy dragonfly creature in my lifetime. and moth, ant, bee and hornet..what else..oh well.
