No of course not. Long story short I have PTSD, it causes a lot of anxiety, panic attacks, depression, phobia and such. When you have this disorder it really does feels like you are chained to your house because you can't do anything with your life, everything just seems so scary and it makes you want to give up on everything, all of the effort are never worth the pain that you'll get if you try things out. In my drawing I wanted to express this feeling, it really does makes you feel like you are standing in the middle of nowhere, slowly burning to death. You're just patiently laying there, burning, dying and nobody can see why you're staying there ( explaining the chains, that are not attached to anything in the drawing , but are still there. ). The reason why they are in fire is because even tho they aren't attached to anything, they still hurt, they're still trapping you in all of this pain, and the fake freedom it gives you just makes things worse, more painful. ). Everybody around you knows that you have the resources to get out of it ( my fursona usually has wings, in this drawing they are ripped, broken. ). The wings represents exactly this. People have seen you overcome things, they really do think there's nothing ' big ' about doing the smallest , normal things in life like going to the grocery store, but it doesn't change that your wings have been ripped, they are gone. You can't do it. So you're just laying there, waiting, not being able to change much anything even tho you still have some hopes left ( the opened paw, reaching. ). I hope it clears things out, concerning the meaning of the drawing. :)
