In the early stages of human-animal-hybrids, we saw changes to smaller portions, such as the ears, callouses to the bottoms of feet and hands, and the addition of previously missing vertebrae that would occasionally pop up from time to time in the natural population, but none so expressive as the long tails from the experiments. Eventually we even were able to force the expression of hair or "fur" on these sections, though it would seem the subjects were a little leery of showing off the fuzzy coatings on their hands and feet, instead opting for gloves and hosiery most of the time.
