The battle had been fierce and may on both sides had fallen.
Hogarth had slain over a dozen enemies so far and was eager to send more to meet their god. Then he felt someone touch him on the shoulder. Whirling around to face another foe he was instead greeted with the vision of a beautiful woman smiling down at him. It was one of Odins warrior maidens and things immediately became clear. He had been chosen to receive the great honor of becoming one of the einherjar. He would be carried up to join the fallen heroes in the golden halls of Valhalla. Where they would battle by day and feast by night for all eternity.
Unable to hold back his tears of joy Hogarth let out a howl of laughter and ran headlong into the fray…..
