A long overdue birthday picture for my good friend MJ Bear. Actually, the picture itself has little, if anything, to do with his birthday, but it was the inspiration for the picture and so it still counts, I think.
The drawing depicts lil' Kaffre and MJ going for a winter walk with their mommies when MJ fell through a snowbank and his feline buddy... overreacted. The main reason for the delay in getting this piece posted was my difficulty in drawing adults, but I think they actually turned out OK here mostly due to the bulky winter clothes which obscure an abundance of anatomical errors on my part. Likewise, the facial expressions, while nowhere near what I was going for, actually fit the finished drawing better than what I had intended.

Please forgive me but I don't quite understand the series of thought bubbles. :( I think the one is implying "Screwball" but the other appears like Olaf from "Frozen" is after MJ while the parents are not thinking of sugar? This misunderstanding on my part is very likely my limited vision so I do not believe it to be anything on your part.

I don't know if they are right about the sugar or not but you might be overreacting. I did sneak down and saw a dr who Christmas special with naughty meanie snowmen though so you might be right to worry.*nods*
