You know it would be really interesting to see how the shoulder joints and muscle attachments work with someone like him having the wing joints placed just behind the shoulders.

In real life I would imagine that the wing arms would actually be just below the dextrus arms.

For muscle strength, the dextrus arms would probably lack muscle mass vs the wing arms, since the wing arm muscles would take up all that space. I have Hazard written out that way, his wings being very strong, but his arms much less so, though that has never really come up in any of my stories or images.
