Here's my second piece of fan art for  crave-the-bullet featuring a character from his webcomic Between Failures. This time it's the cute, shy, sneaky, weird-in-a-good way knower of all movie references no matter how obscure... Brooksie!

I feel like I did a muuuuuuch better job with this than I did with my drawing of Carol. Partly because I feel like I just copied Craves style with that drawing where as I tried to put a bit of my own style into this one while still keeping the features that make Brooksie such a visually unique character. It wasn't easy either, but I hope I was able to do her justice.

By the way I noticed something interesting while looking at reference material for Brooksie. Her eye color changes from orange to purple and even matches accordingly with her earrings. Just one of those little things Crave does with his characters that you may not notice at first but helps to define the characters. That's something I've always admired about how her treats his characters. This won't be that last Between Failures character I do so stay tuned.
