Blue is perverted, crude, self absorbed, and a all around cocky asshole.
He enjoys messing with people making them mad or laugh, He's known to be a flirt and will try his best to get in a guys pants by smooth talking and suggestive remarks.
His humans and Hybrid forms are his most common ones, but if frightened he will turn into his domestic form (Looks like above but more kitty like) and hide.
He was a lab experiment, many, many tests were preformed on him turning him to a freak.
