The way people were lookin at us, you'd think we already WERE turned into catgirls! (i don't understand why they have to schedule AMKE on the same day as a Grade School Gymnastics Meet.) It'd take at least a day before anyone Realized there was an outbreak.

That reminds me of the time Anime Mid Atlantic was held int he same hotel/convention center as a rodeo convention. Cowboys and catgirls everywhere. Not to mention they had a two raves during the con so there are candi kids running amok along with near naked body painted cosplayers...
Nothing like THAT happened- but it was funny that there were Guards and Barricades to keep us from wandering up to the 3rd floor. -but nothing to keep them out of OUR convention. -Which meant, every hour or so- there was a little old granny walking up to a cosplayer, asking 'what is this whole thing is about?'
