NAME: Aros Inorcir
SPECIES: Wyvern
GENDER: Male - straight
COUSIN: Jaton
OCCUPATION: Leader of a flight division in the Army
TATTOOS: On his front and chest sides, aswell as the stripe by the eye.
PERSONALITY: Aros is serious and sedate, not up for much foolishness. His job is his passion and he works for the sake of the army and protecting his loved ones. Despite his quiet nature, he can be often humored by his friends Maya and D'zidra who like to fool around (Maya the most). His fun side of his personality usually comes out when he's around them. Overall he is a rather friendly individual, but at the same time sceptical and careful.
BACKSTORY: Aros has tattoos on his chest and eye that he got back in his teenager days with his cousin Jaton. He was always the "good little boy" while Jaton kept trying to lead him in more shenanigans. Jaton was a sort of a brother at that time, because Aros family was taking care of his. Jaton's parents had died and he was left alone not ready for the world. Either way, Aros was never too fond of him, but at that time he was his only friend. After they became more mature, Aros joined the army, while Jaton stayed and did nothing. At this point they seperated and Aros doesn't know where Jaton went, but he knows it's nothing good.
ONGOING STORY: He is the leader of one of the main flight divisions in the Mid-land Army. His division consists of him, Maya and D'zidra. They are all well trained and great at what they do, and their teamwork outdoes many others. He follows his orders and does them with ease along with his two other friends

I like his proportions. It has a rather airworthy impression! Center of mass feels right, the elongated wing shape could serve for a good soaring performance. As I read on various aerodynamics bits, even the outer finger could have some purpose apart from maneuvering (sharp wingtip is mentioned as more prone to stalling, although this might only really apply to a rigid wing of an aircraft). Using the head as a canard configuration is a bit odd design, mostly I imagine it not being very beneficial due to the loss of freedom. He also has a tailfin though (to serve for pitching if he folds up the crest to look around or attack), and a lot of pterosaurs also lived with large rigid head ornaments (while his is useful as control surface).
So I like it, nice and feels quite functional. What I miss is just some normal ground posture (that you show is clearly unstable as-is unless he was meant to support himself with the invisible right wing, the center of mass being somewhere just behind the chest cavity).

I don't like to focus a lot on realism in designs and such, but i'm glad it feel somewhat real.
I like to imagine that on the ground he's a bit similar to that of a chicken heh
