YES, that is a original character from the SWAT Kats series!
He is the pilot of the "Kat´s Eye News" Chopper, but only appers in 3 Episodes of the first season, after that never seen again.
FIRST TIME creating a character! There are only a few screenshots of him at all, mostly his upper body, always sitting behind the wheel! I did the rest xD
Anyway, he will have a major role in "Yarn in the closet" Chapter 2, so felt like doing this!

It only shows him posed with his camera (front and rear shots) next to Ann for size comparison. However, Jonny is seen without his sunglasses in the episode Caverns of Horror.
