I think the large needle here is what happens to take the most of the focus within this picture. (The character itself reminds of of Joker from Dark Night when he was in the nurse's outfit)

And yet..it's still strangely appealing to me, despite how eerie I'm apt to believe it's expected to be. (Multicolored deadlocks there however are a nice touch. And even though it's someone else's character, I still like how you did that)
