So Charter, my lil pervy fennec, is a character I had come up with for an RPG game me and my lil dorkball of lame, yet still somehow awesome friend are working on. Charter was originally going to put in as a sill one time joke, but we decided to make him show up lots of places as a rare item salesman. Basically, make sure you have a lot of money when you run into this guy XD. Anyway, I couldn't just limit him to only the RPG, so I figured he can be used with my stories and what not else.
