Conservatory? Unfamiliar with those. Would you be so kind as to explain? We have a lot of nursery's. With hundreds of exotic species. Browse and buy. Us Caymanians are very nature friendly people, and fisherman. Kind of lost my mojo for picture taking of late. But having a artist of your quality show interest got me motivated again. Was losing ideas of things to take in photos. So the national agriculture show I go to each year I will take photos of on this Wednesday. Stands, rodeo, farm animals of the local best stock. Fun stuff. And the next priority on my list is the orchids you seem to love. last year being the mangy bush dog I am went on trecks into the local wild dry forests in search of rare local species of air plants but came up empty. My machete arm grew tired after a few days.
Ghost orchids they are called. And for damn good reason. Elusive, rare. Saved a few a couple years back when developers where clearing out forest for development. Sadly a hurricane took out the orchid shed. Its the Beer or you. but I got my mojo back After the agriculture show I will take some captive tame orchids pictures from the nursery's and resume my search of the elusive ghost orchid. Just have to go over my maps of places I have already searched. Started making efforts to breed local endangered plants in my care and relocate them into the wild. But honestly, I don't think people really care. It kind of bums me out.
