The one at the top of the beach-like map, I remember... but you needed a turbo to get it! Still-- the shell didn't fly towards you, so it was possible for it to glitch out and disappear xD

They followed the ground like a red shell. in almost every way they where a red shell for blocking properties. So it's not fake.
