Basically I take whatever female you want (of your own) and put it in place of this little base I drew out. (The coloured one is the example)

*No color is $1
* Flat color (meaning color but no shading) $1.25
*Color and shading $1.50
*I make a totally new character for you off of something (like you say what you want but with no color) $1.75
+color $1.95
+shading $2.00
*I draw your character but am not given a picture reference (only words) $1.25
+ color $1.50
+shading $1.75
I will negotiate prices if you have a really simple design!
*for $6.00 I will sell you the design to use for all of your characters and will send a tutorial on how to color it (just my techniques and whatnot) [consider giving credit, not to be used to make money with it since I will still continue selling these]
