You know, you can get the same effect with the right choice of tubes from a nice DAC/amp. And you have higher fidelity sound from the CD compared to the tape.
Vinyls are comparable sound fidelity to CDs--until use and dust degrade them. Tapes were a low point for quality.
Also, had to laugh out at the image, right down to the font.
