Species: Raichi (electric mouse pokemon- delta specimen)

Age: young adult

Moveset: Iron tail, Thunder, Volt tackle, Thunderbolt

Ability: unknown

Body type: Somewhat normal for a Raichu, however she has alittle bit of a feminie waist

Bio: Pheo-chu was born a "delta" Pichu. Her molecular structure had been experimented on and altered while still in the egg giving her a dual steel/electric typing. Due to this alteration and the following years of experimentation she grew to distrust most humans. During a pokemon riot, she was able to escape and attain her freedom from the laboratory. She now lives in the forest fending for herself and a regular Raichu.

Physical traits: Due to the genetics manipulation, her ears are misshapen and often give her a more severe expression. Her steel typing has altered her colour pallet, giving her a striking difference from other Raichu. Her electricity has also changed and appears to be a crimson colour unlike the regular blue/white or yellow. Her cheek markings are in the shape of droplets rather then circles

Personality: At first she is very un-trusting and quick to be defensive. Upon gaining her trust she becomes softer and more protective. Quick to anger, she has a hard time letting things go and can hold a grudge. upset about her dual typing when it comes up in conversation and ant remarks about her fur colour will often lead to an electric outburst.

Likes: companionship, even tho she attacks others, oran berries, and physical training

Dislikes: pokemon making fun of her typing or fur, being alone, feeling like she has failed or upset those close to her, asking for help


Facts:

-her electricity is red in colour
She is actually very jealous of most female pokemon deemed socially pretty or cute
-Thunder is her last resort attack, and using it normally leaves her exhausted and weak
-Will use her tail as a blade while fighting, she style close to that of a chain-scythe wielding ninja
-Relies on her speed and defense, while she lacks in the special defense area
-Has brown eyes
-Loves rain and will voluntarily sit in storms and get drenched
