prefer the look of the BB 66000 (french diesel loco used in passenger, fret and maintenance units) alias "bonne a tout faire" ("good to do everything" fer ye, english speaking people)
It makes sense that they will send clean locos and cars out there. It's a huge press deal. They are expecting cameras and such. They want to project the best possible image. Clean engines, no tagged cars, grade "A" crews, following every procedure to the "t". Right now, they are under a microscope. They know better than to screw up.
