My newest digital song using Reason in between working on scores for my Composition class and a couple friends to whom I've long owed music. Done using what limited methods I had available in the space of three two-hour lab reservations. Basically took a minimalist piece called Whistling I wrote last year and messed around with some rather fierce progressive rock licks vomited all over the place while still using some of the elements of the minimalist movement compacted into a two-minute composition. Nothing too incredibly complicated, but I'm hoping those who listen will enjoy it enough that I won't feel obliged to scrap it. Not that I plan on going back to this. :P I like it the way it is.

I'm glad you're posting your music. It's the easiest way for me to get to hear it. :3
As the style here is not quite to my liking, I think the piece is pretty good. I'm not sure about some of those repetitive high notes, though. I think it sounds best when the guitar comes in for some nice, solid chords. There are parts that sound a little dischordant around the 1:00 to 1:10 area that I'm not sure about too.
I can see why you dedicated it to a hunter - it's a good hunter's theme.
My favorite style of yours is still your older stuff, i.e. the Proteus and Reptilian View albums. :3 But, as an artist you need to keep trying new things and learn and grow and expand your craft. It's never fair to ask an artist to keep doing the same things over and over. A lot of people don't understand that.
And as for friends to whom you've owed music... ;P
