This is Reina Danza - Bonaventura, the self proclaimed Queen of Luck, and also Winter and Bonnie's second wife. Yes, all three of them are happily married.
Reina is a bit the odd one out in this trio, as she's the only one who's human and mortal. But she's not letting that stop her! While all three of them are questing for godhood (Well, maybe not so much Bonnie. She doesn't really care about such things.) Reina is the closest one to actually succeeding.
When Winter first met her, she was but a young, teenage girl living on the streets of a busy port city. She had been cast out by everyone around her because apparently this girl caused bad luck wherever she went. Inexplicable accidents always seemed to happen when she was around.
But you see, in Naimleth, the world in which Qaos Queens takes place, belief is a powerful force. If a person believes in something hard enough, it can be made real. Of course, some people have more talent for channeling the power of belief than others, and it just so happened that Reina was such a person.
Because she believed all the rumours people were spreading, about her causing bad luck, this belief became reality. Unfortunately Reina had no idea she was causing these horrible accidents and instead believed she had been cursed by the gods for some reason she couldn't remember.
Luckily, that all changed when she met Winter. The demoness knew what it was like to be shunned by the general populace and took the girl in.
Winter took Reina to the cult she was a part of at the time, where she was taken under the wing of the head priestess, Maledi. The priestess recognized Reina's talent and began teaching her how to control her gift.
Now, many years later, Reina is all grown up and happily married to Winter and Bonnie. She has fully mastered her gift and now can do more than just cause bad luck. She now has the ability to alter any person's luck for better or worse, depending on her whim. While Winter, who is striving to become a goddess, may be incredibly strong and nigh invulnerable to harm, she can't make miracles happen. Reina on the other hand...
With her ability to grant anyone good luck, Reina now has become incredibly popular among the common populace and many shower her with gifts hoping they will be granted with good luck. Reina, of course, takes full advantage of this.
