I recently bought a Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 to use as a poor man's Wacom Companion Hybrid. This is a sketch I did with it, while having a coffee in Costa. I brought it into photoshop afterwards to clean it up a bit.

I've been using Autodesk's Sketchbook app with the Pro tools add on. The tablet did come with an old version of Sketchbook Pro, though I'd say it's probably worth spending the extra £2.60 to upgrade to the new app. The experience isn't perfect, there's a lot of bugs in the app, but I'm sure they'll get ironed out over time.
