The pic is beautiful, as you know I love to see creations from your own pencil, I mean, pen+paper :p
Now about the new girl.. I feel mixed feelings; part of me thinks she's really cute, but part of me just can't help to notice how tall she looks lol and that part may feel intimidated xP

She's look like a chibi if she was the size of Toony Lulu. To be fair... She's smaller than you think... I've been drawing her next to characters with the same style and lets just say... None of them are smaller than her. X3
