I simplified the back design some so it wasn't as complicated as normal barn owls.

Note about the back wing designs: I don't expect people to be 100% true to the markings. I won't even do that. It's just a general guide. xD But his front is easier to replicate.

Bio
Tal is a mute False Barn Owl Harpy who doesn't have a specific place where he lives, but he likes being in snowy areas, or forests or around lakes. He is often seen wearing a scarf of some kind, usually with blue and gold on it. He craves attention, yet will become shy around females he is attracted to.
Because he can't speak, he is very expressive with his movements and will also write on things to show what he wants someone to know.
He does not know sign language. He gets annoyed if someone assumes he knows it. He heavily dislikes the "language" in general, so he refuses to learn it.
He may be upset that he can not speak, but he enjoys listening to others talk, even in languages he doesn't know. He'll try to learn the ones he especially likes, however. Tal knows English, Spanish, French and German. He's almost obsessed with sound in general. French is his favorite language.
He grooms himself every day, making sure he is clean and pristine. He hates to be dirty.
