*As he sleeps, I give a small grin as I grab the bike pump and carefully put the hose in his mouth. But not too far, just passed his lips, and making sure it doesn't fall out. Ever so slowly, I start to pump the plunger slowly and quietly, making his cheeks swell lightly with slow puffs of air, and his belly gurgling more as the air starts to fill him slowly*
