Actually, that mecha reminds me of an Angel from Evangelion. I remember 01 going berzerk and eating that angel with those kinds of arms that used to whip. I think it was called The 13th Angel.

ah you mean Zeruel the 14th angel (most awesome angel evar IMO) the bio drone in the picture does have similar capabilities with its "arms" but are not as sharp or as deadly as zeruel's.

The design of the biomechanoid in there reminds me of an odd fusion between Zeiram, a Guyver, and some things from Aura Battler Dunbine...

the biomechanoid borrows a few elements from the pure-type monsters from the panzer dragoon series but it also has some elements from aura battler dunbine. as for the scene itself you could say I was a bit inspired by Frankenstein.

Excellent. I haven't seen Panzer Dragoon since its' Dreamcast video game (Or was it Sega Saturn?). In all, an exceedingly long time.

The art of the panzer series is one of my all time faves. that's why almost anything I do that has biomechanical elements in it is usually influenced by the monster designs, theirs something so strange and original about the art style the panzer series was just so awesome!
