Kyle: Do you like me? Here’s my picture just for you.

Back in 2005 I came across an online comic titled ‘The Class Menagerie’ (TCM), and I literally sent a whole day sitting at my computer reading the entire series because I loved every comic. They were hilarious and expertly drawn. But the comic was completed and I thought that was the end. I was wrong, and I’m glad that I was wrong. TCM’s creator, Kyle, went on to draw more pictures as a guest artist for other comics. And finally he began another outstanding 10 part comic called ‘In Search of…’ (ISO). Like with the TCM, this new comic was brilliantly drawn, I love all the characters, it’s full of humor, suspense, and very stylist. I have copies of all 10 comics, and I continue to read them. And like with TCM, it was a shame to have to see ISO come to an end. But Kyle still continues to amaze me with his talent for great art on FA. I have done a few tributes to his art and comics.

To me, Kyle was like a celebrity of art, and because he is one of the most popular furry artists. So it was a real privilege to be able to speak to him through notes and get to know each other. I found out that we share a lot in common, just what I love about a friend. Like with all my online friends, Kyle is a wonderful guy that I will never get tired of. It’s always a joy to see his art and to hear from him. He may live a busy life but he still finds time to say ‘hello’. I will continue to watch his art as long as he makes art.
