Torakichi (Tora) is a warrior for the Ninja-Ken, who are rivals to the Road Rovers. As you can see Tora is skilled with a bow. So no one get in his way. He also often wears only a speedo, but I wanted to draw him in his uniform.

Toony is another honorable mention. He has been a great guy who is willing to share ideas and share video clips. He was actually the first one to share screenshots and videos with me, which I still appreciate very much. What a great friend!
