This is a Badge for 
Shadow Worfu he's been very good to me and I wanted to show him a little appreciation for being a patient and enthusiastic customer <3
(The first one is not laminated, the next two are, the blueish colour is from my camera and not part of the badge. I don't have my scanner out of storage so I took pictures with my web cam.)
