Sukeban (スケバン) means delinquent girl or boss girl in Japanese, equivalent to the male banchō.

I've seen it used interchangeably with Yankii too though that's a bit different in style.

Anyway, this can be boy or girl, though I won't be adding any indication of boobs if it's a girl.
