Jama Barre, the leader of People's African Union, help govern southern continental Africa in a time of great unrest between the people and politicians. Eventually after centuries of corrupt governments which remained after the scramble for Africa charities began to rise up to tackle the issues in these unfair countries, eventually stopping the problems at the source: corrupt rich governments in the south continent fell and the 'Peoples' Union' took charge rebuilding the government to make Africa prosperous and a rival to other continents and nations.
