For an off-FA patron. He wanted an image of him in his paintball gear as a werewolf. Yes, he has a bow IRL with a hopper attached for shooting paintballs. That is pretty badass of him!

I've seen those, actually. A shaft replaces the arrow and the launcher is mounted in place of a rest and it drives paintballs out of the barrel.

It's called an Airow Gun, I've used it before with permission from its owner during a paintball scenario game at Skirmish USA in Jim Thorpe, PA; the learning curve is rather sharp and it takes some effort to get use to playing with this setup. ADVANCE WARNING, if you have not built up enough arm strength; just pulling the bows drawstring back and holding it before releasing the draw string to fire a paintball / bb pellet will be a challenge; you may even hurt yourself if you've never used a compound bow (recurve bows are even HARDER to use!!). Once you understand how to use this unique gun, I guarantee most players who are using paintball markers (sniper markers included) will be out ranged by this beast of a weapon; and that just shooting from a line of sight... arcing the gun extends its range even further but aiming without a scope (the owner had one attached thankfully) is next to impossible.

Oh man, what?

I think the stealth benefits of a paintball bow would be offset by my screaming "I'm Legolas, bitch!" every time I hit someone.

I have to hand it to you man, the airow gun is no joke (I've used one before); that range is incredible!! I've played against a chick who's become a regular at my field and she uses one with a TIPX for cqc regularly... I'm either using an apex2 or thee american freak barrel on my etha2 and I still cant tag her! The only drawbacks with the airow gun are low ammo and fire rate, hence where the TIPX comes into play for her. At long range she's got me pinned but, up close and personal; she folds quickly against my etha2.

Very dynamic piece! The werewolf is using a weapon called the Airow Gun, it's not limited to just paintball... I've seen some airsoft players use them too. Do not under estimate this unique gun, you will regret it!
