They live underground and dig holes with their mouths, eating the minerals they collect. Their claws are used to scale cavern sides and push through the their holes
They tend to live 600 feet or farther underground or even in small caves near the surface. It is rare to see them in the sun since they hate it.
Their eggs are made out of the minerals they have eatten while being pregnate with them so they can dump the egg off anywhere and they will have food.
The parents do not raise the cub at all.
