Question: Why is his zodiac weapon irrelevant to his talents? Just seems odd to be given a pair of handguns when his skill with a sword is what's noteworthy.

His sword is his weapon of choice but his zodiac gave him weapons that he would have to learn to use. I didn't have enough room to add all the detail in the bio.
