I probably should have used a reference picture for this character cause I haven't seen the show he's from in years. Don't know (or recall) who he is? Well its Roderick Rat from Perfecto Prep on Tiny Toon Adventures.

ugh... I really need to work on this perspective... meh... I'm not perfect but it was worth a shot.

[EDIT-IN]Wiki helped me get the name of the character. Now I guess I'll have to edit it later on the drawing... my mistake.
